Fresh Nest Flow opened its doors in 2022 with a single pickup truck, two toolboxes, and a stubborn belief: renovating your home shouldn't feel like a second job.
Founded in Blanchard, Oklahoma by a master carpenter and a project manager who'd both watched too many families get burned by vague quotes and vanishing contractors, we built the company we wished existed — design and construction under one roof, one honest fixed price, and a person who answers the phone.

Our published "from" prices (see Pricing above) reflect real 2026 project averages. Your exact cost depends on room size, structural work, and material selections — which is why every project begins with a free walkthrough and a fixed-price quote after design approval. That quote is contractual: it doesn't change unless you change the scope.
Typical build times: bathrooms 2–4 weeks, kitchens 4–8 weeks, basements 5–9 weeks, whole-home projects 3–6 months. Design and permitting add 2–5 weeks up front. Your contract includes a committed completion date — and if we miss it for reasons on our side, we pay you $250 per day of delay.
Almost never. Our dust-containment zones, negative-air machines and daily tidy-downs are designed for occupied homes. The exceptions are whole-home projects with major structural work or full utility shutdowns — we'll flag that honestly at the walkthrough stage and help you plan for it.
Yes — every permit, fee, filing and inspector meeting is included in your contract. We're licensed and insured in every state we operate, and all work is performed to current local code with scheduled inspections you're welcome to attend.
Sequence matters: we design first, you approve every drawing and selection, and only then do we sign an itemized fixed-price contract. Because nothing is left as a vague "allowance," there's nothing to drift. The only way the price changes is a written change order you approve first.
Absolutely. Our designers will source and curate options for you, or you can bring your own finds — we'll verify compatibility, order, install and warrant the installation either way. Your home, your taste; we just make sure it's built to last.
Yes. Through our lending partners we offer renovation loans and promotional 0% APR plans on approved credit, with terms from 12 to 144 months. Most applications take under ten minutes and won't affect your credit score to check. Ask about options during your free consultation.
All labor and installation — tile, carpentry, cabinetry alignment, drywall, paint, plumbing and electrical workmanship — for five full years, transferable to a new owner if you sell. Manufacturer warranties on materials pass through to you, and we handle those claims on your behalf.
