1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing freshnestflow.com or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

2. Who We Are

Fresh Nest Flow LLC is a design-build home renovation company headquartered in Blanchard, Oklahoma, serving clients across the United States. References to "we," "us" and "our" mean Fresh Nest Flow LLC.

3. Website Use & Content Accuracy

Website content — including "from" pricing, timelines and imagery — is provided for general information and illustrative purposes. It does not constitute a binding offer. Your binding terms are those in your signed project contract, which controls over this website in the event of any conflict.

4. Estimates, Quotes & Fixed-Price Contracts

Published prices are starting points based on past projects. Written quotes become binding only upon a signed fixed-price contract. After signing, the contract price changes only through a written, client-approved change order.

5. Payments & Scheduling

Payment schedules (typically deposit, milestone, and completion payments) are defined in your contract. Project start dates are confirmed upon contract execution and material ordering. Late payments may pause work and accrue interest as stated in the contract.

6. Change Orders

Scope changes requested by you — or required by unforeseen conditions such as hidden water damage or non-compliant existing wiring — are documented in a written change order stating cost and schedule impact before the work proceeds. No verbal changes are binding.

7. Homeowner Responsibilities

• Provide site access during agreed work hours.
• Secure pets and valuables in work areas.
• Make design selections on the agreed schedule.
• Maintain payments according to the contract schedule.

Delays in selections or access may extend the completion date.

8. Permits, Codes & Inspections

We obtain and pay for standard construction permits and coordinate inspections for contracted work. All work is performed to applicable state and local codes. Pre-existing code violations outside our scope are excluded unless addressed via change order.

9. Workmanship Warranty

Unless your contract states otherwise, we warrant our workmanship for five (5) years from the completion date, transferable to one subsequent homeowner. Manufacturer warranties on materials and appliances pass through to you; we will assist in presenting claims. The warranty excludes ordinary wear, client-supplied materials, improper maintenance, and third-party alterations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any project is limited to the contract price paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use or inconvenience, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

11. Intellectual Property

Designs, renders and plans created for your project are licensed to you for that project upon full payment. Website text, imagery and branding remain the property of Fresh Nest Flow LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

12. Communications Consent

By submitting our forms, you consent to be contacted by phone, email or text regarding your enquiry at the contact details you provide. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time via our unsubscribe page; project communications remain necessary to perform contracted work.

13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. The parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution and, where required by your contract, mediation before litigation. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable state consumer-protection laws.

14. Termination

Either party may terminate a project contract for material breach with written notice and a 10-day cure period. Upon termination, you pay for work performed and materials ordered to date, as itemized in the contract.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The current version is always available on this page; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
